Delivery

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once you have received your shipping notification, please allow:

  • Metro delivery within 3-5 business days
  • Regional delivery within 7-10 business days
  • Remote delivery within 14-20 business days

All deliveries are subject to potential delay in areas impacted by flooding and other events.

Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date. 

 

Who will deliver my order?

We use several carriers to deliver our online orders. Depending on your order, it will be shipped with one or more of the below carriers.

The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email(s) will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your package.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Australia Hi Fi will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item/s within 14 days of purchase;
  • You produce either your original Australia Hi Fi invoice or other adequate proof of purchase;
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:
    - It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and
    - It is unused, unassembled and in its original condition; and
  • The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available (see below)

If these requirements are not satisfied Australia Hi Fi reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Australia Hi Fi will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Discontinued / EOL products
  • Clearance or Ex-Display products

Returns

Australia Hi Fi will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

  • You can present your Australia Hi Fi invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Australia Hi Fi may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Australia Hi Fi reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
