    • Submit a Claim Redemption Form by registering your product on the Yamaha Music Australia Website (Register for Yamaha Music ID) and following the prompts. Registration must be completed by [31/08/2026];
    • Provide proof of purchase as directed by YMA and/or the Claim Redemption Form, including a receipt or invoice number evidencing:
        1. that the Eligible Product has been paid in full;
        2. that the Eligible Product is in stock and available for delivery;
        3. the date of purchase and payment, the name of the YMA authorised dealer, together with the model number and a valid serial number;
