Single Unit Fan with LCD Thermal Control 6 Inch
The ultra-quiet fan system is designed to cool home theaters, entertainment centers, and audio video cabinets. Features a speed controller and 6 foot power cord. Included fans use a custom motor engineered to minimize noise during speed variations and are certified by CE and RoHS.
Contains AC Infinity axial fans ACX-FD1225(B)05W5 which meet UL-507 standards for safety under Underwriters Laboratories certificate E503903. Containing dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours, the unit can be mounted in any direction. Features a CNC machined aluminum frame with a modern brushed black finish. Fans are set to exhaust air out the frame but this can be reversed to intake air using a screw driver. Includes all necessary hardware to easily mount the unit onto a cabinet and power it through an USB port or standard wall outlet.
Speed Controller and Boost Adapter
The in-line multi-speed controller with power switch allows setting the fan’s speed to optimal noise and airflow levels for various environments. The included Boost Adapter not only allows the fan to be powered through a wall outlet, but increases its performance by up to 25%.
Key Features
Single Zone LCD Fan Thermal Controller
The Controller 2 is designed to control AC Infinity AIRPLATE Series cabinet fans and MULTIFAN Series component fans. The unit measures 5.2 by 3.1 by 1.1 inches, and contains a back lit LCD digital display, which can display Fahrenheit or Celsius. Its metal frame features a brushed anodized aluminum finish and can be mounted onto wall panels and cabinets up to 1.25 inches thick.
On the back side are two USB fan ports, one power port, and one thermal probe port. Includes a 6-foot precision thermal probe that is water resistant. Operating temperature can be set between 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Complete kit includes thermal controller, mounting screws, plastic stencil, instruction manual, and 100-125V AC wall adapter.
Cabinet Passive Ventilation Grille, 6 inch
The Cabinet Ventilation grille is a 6.3 by 6.3 inch metal grille that can be installed into cabinets and walls to help increase ventilation. It can also be used in conjunction with a fan system to act as a passive intake or exhaust vent. The kit includes an optional 120mm fan guard and hardware to secure a 120mm fan, the most popular size for computers and DIY applications, onto the grille.
To mount your fan and grille into your cabinet or wall, you would need to cut a square hole approximately 5.04 by 5.04 inches. Features a CNC machined aluminum frame with a brushed black finish; pre-secured to a steel honeycomb grille with four screws. Information on the additional included hardware can be found below.
